What is Hot Water Extraction?
Hot water extraction, sometimes mistakenly called "Steam Cleaning", uses equipment that sprays hot water and detergent into the carpet and extracts it along with any dislodged and dissolved dirt. Complete Carpet and Tile Care recommends Hot Water Extraction as the most effective carpet cleaning method.
After Cleaning, How soon can we walk on Carpets?
Immediately right after cleaning. Complete Carpet and Tile Care leaves you and your family with plastic shoe covers for your feet. We also recommended to lay down towels on the hard surface areas such as tile or hard wood flooring before entering onto the damp carpet. (Then put your shoe covers on)
How Long do Carpets take to Dry?
Depending upon the Soil Conditions on your Carpets, approximately 4-12 hours.
Once I clean my carpets, are they going to get dirtier quicker?
Not with our Deep Clean process. Residue that gets left in the carpets after cleanings from inferior cleaning processes is what causes rapid re-soiling or your carpets getting dirtier quicker. Our deep cleaning process uses steam generated from our truck-mounted system and plant-based cleaning agents to loosen soil. Then we remove the soils with clear water rinse and a powerful vacuuming from truck-mount system, leaving your carpets soft and clean!
When you clean my Carpet, does the padding OR sub-floor get wet?
No. With our Cleaning process we do not flood or soak your carpets during the cleaning process, and that gets your carpets as clean as possible while leaving your padding and sub-floor dry.
Does applying Carpet Protector after Cleaning really Work?
Absolutely. Carpet protector is an outstanding protection product that Complete Carpet and TIle Care recommends highly. In fact, most new carpet has protector on it – applied by the carpet manufacturer. However, protector wears off because of traffic on the carpet, frequent vacuuming, etc.
How can I maintain my new Carpet's Warranty?
There are three key things to do to maintain your new carpet warranty:
1. Vacuum frequently
2. Clean spills promptly
3. Have periodic professional carpet cleanings
